Description:
This fast-growing plant is used as a ground cover or border plant and is excellent for erosion control. It is often planted along roads and in medians. Drought resistance makes it a good choice for low-water landscaping.

Many other members of the Acacia genus are commonly grown, but they tend to grow as upright trees or shrubs.
Planting & Care:
This plant is heat and drought resistant and requires minimal upkeep. As a border plant, it can be pruned occasionally for a more formal, controlled look or left to grow naturally. Hardy to 18 degrees F. Withstands desert heat.
